Whatever in quality guarantee period or out of quality guarantee period, response should be made within 12
hours after receiving call from the customers, service should arrive within 24 hours for customer in 1000km
and within 48 hours for customer over 1000km.
During installation and debugging, 12 hours at least technical training should be given to the technical engineers
and operators to make sure them master basic skills of machine operating, programing, daily maintenance,
checking and problem resolving.
